Description
This large soft hobo bag was created from a lovely black & white textured skirt. It is lined with vivid magenta & bronze-orange striped fabric originally purchased as a whole piece from an op shop. The hand appliqued pieces include scraps of pretty fabric in velvety magenta & purples from other projects. The leaves are cut from a green blanket.
The bag has a zip pocket on the back wall and a double slip pocket inside the front wall. It closes with a magnetic snap in a silver colour.
My hobo bags are quite big - about 35 cm x 28 cm, so they hold a lot.
The strap is long enough to wear the bag across your body (it is 100cm), then it sits on your hip. Alternatively, you could wear it on one shoulder if you prefer.
