The 70 cm shelf provides space for toiletries, a diffuser or your favourite decorative pieces, while the two rails keep towels organised and within easy reach. It’s a simple way to add storage and character to your bathroom, ensuite or guest bathroom.
Handmade in Teesdale, Victoria
We make each timber shelf in our Teesdale workshop, cutting and shaping the Tasmanian Oak and using a dado joint to securely join the shelf to its backing board. The timber is sanded smooth, and recessed keyhole slots are routed into the back for concealed wall mounting.
Each shelf is then coated in your chosen finish or left raw for you to personalise, before being paired with the dual chrome-plated towel rail.

Choose your finish
Raw
Uncoated timber, ready for your own finish. Raw timber has no protective coating against moisture or stains. Apply a suitable protective finish before using it in a bathroom.
Ultra Clear Satin — Water-Based
A subtle satin finish that keeps the timber’s colour close to its natural appearance.
Polyurethane Satin — Oil-Based
A satin finish that brings out warmer, richer timber tones. This finish may deepen in colour over time.
Installation
Recessed keyhole slots and two hidden securing locations provide a neat appearance against the wall. Wall anchors are supplied; please check that they suit your wall material and follow their installation instructions. Wall studs though recommended are not required.
Care
Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Clean coated timber with a lightly damp cloth when needed, then dry promptly. Wipe up splashes and avoid standing water, harsh cleaners and abrasive pads.
Clean the chrome rails with a soft cloth and mild soapy water, then dry. Allow damp towels to hang clear of the timber.
The character of natural timber
Tasmanian Oak naturally varies from lighter to deeper tones, with individual grain patterns, darker veins and small natural features. These variations make every shelf unique, so your piece may differ from the examples pictured.
