We’re a small Australian business creating handcrafted timber homewares designed to bring warmth, functionality and beautiful natural timber into your home.
Each piece is made by hand in our workshop in Teesdale Victoria, with a strong focus on quality craftsmanship, practical design and attention to detail.
We specialise in beautiful Tasmanian Oak products, including entryway organisers, cap holders, bathroom shelving, toilet roll holders, towel rails, kids’ bookshelves and other practical timber pieces for around the home.
Because we work with natural timber, every piece has its own unique grain, colour and character, meaning no two pieces are ever exactly the same.
We also love creating custom pieces. If you have an idea, need a different size, or are looking for something specifically made for your space, please get in touch.

A Little More About Our Products 🪵
All Kaidan Designs products are handcrafted in Victoria, Australia, so there may be slight variations between individual pieces. We think that's part of what makes handmade products special.
Natural Timber
We primarily work with beautiful Tasmanian Oak. As a natural material, variations in grain, colour, knots and character are completely normal. Your product may vary slightly from the photos shown, making every piece unique.
Handmade Products
As our products are individually made and finished by hand, minor variations in dimensions and finish may occur.
Custom Orders
Need a different size or have an idea you'd like us to create? We love custom projects! Send us a message and we'll be happy to discuss what we can make for you.
Product Finishes
Where available, our products can be offered in different finishes, including Raw Timber, Ultra Clear Satin and Poly Satin. Please check the individual product listing for available options.
Installation
Some of our products require wall mounting. As wall construction and fixing requirements vary from home to home, please ensure appropriate fixings are used for your particular wall type. If you're unsure, we recommend speaking with a suitably qualified person.

Returns & Refunds
At Kaidan Designs, every item is carefully handcrafted, and we want you to be happy with your purchase.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We may accept a return provided the item is:
• Unused and in its original condition
• Returned in suitable protective packaging
• Returned within the timeframe agreed with us
Unless the item is faulty or there has been an error with your order, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.
Custom & Personalised Orders
Because custom-made, personalised or specially sized products are made specifically for you, we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns on these items.
This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise covered by the Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the product and packaging where possible.
We will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately, which may include a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Natural Timber
Our products are handcrafted from natural timber, including Tasmanian Oak.
Natural variations in grain, colour, knots and character are part of what makes each piece unique and are not generally considered faults.
