Personalised Polymer Clay Garden Markers
Add a little colour and handmade personality to your herb, vegetable or flower garden with these personalised polymer clay garden markers. Each marker is individually handmade by me in South Australia and customised with the plant name of your choice.
What makes these markers a little different is the patterned polymer clay feature at the top. Rather than choosing from a set of pre-made patterns, you choose your main colour and I create a new kaleidoscope cane especially for your order. I select complementary colours to work alongside your chosen colour, then build, reduce and slice the cane by hand to reveal its individual pattern.
Because every kaleidoscope cane is handmade, the pattern and placement will naturally vary from the examples shown. This means your finished garden markers will have their own unique look rather than being an exact copy of the pictured set.
Each marker is finished with a contrasting polymer clay name plate, individually stamped with your chosen herb, vegetable or plant name. A small botanical detail is also impressed into the stem before the clay is cured and finished.
The markers measure approximately 13cm in total length, making them suitable for herb pots, vegetable gardens, raised garden beds, planter boxes and indoor pots. The wide stem and pointed end allow them to be positioned easily into soil while keeping the decorative name section visible above the surface.
The photographs show examples including Mint, Dill, Basil and Tomato. These are examples only—you can personalise your markers with the plant names you need for your own garden.
Ordering Your Markers
Choose your required quantity and nominate your main colour along with the herb, vegetable, flower or plant names you would like. I will then create a coordinating kaleidoscope cane especially for your order.
As these are individually handmade and made to order, small variations in pattern, colour placement, lettering and shape are part of their handmade character.
Care
To keep your garden markers looking their best, gently wipe them clean with a soft damp cloth when required. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners and prolonged exposure to extreme weather conditions. For the longest life, they are best suited to pots, planters or garden areas where they aren't continually exposed to harsh outdoor conditions.
Handmade with care in South Australia and available for delivery within Australia.
Please note: The kaleidoscope cane photograph is included as an example of the handmade technique and colour variation only. The exact cane shown will not be replicated—your cane will be created specifically around the main colour you select.
