This is a very special lip balm tube that has taken years to create! Created by Greenway Containers, based in the USA, they state - "This is a fully plastic free version of the traditional lip balm tube — the first plant-based, eco-friendly lip balm container that looks, feels, and functions just like a regular plastic lip balm tube — but contains zero microplastic, polymers, BPA, phthalates, or heavy metals, even in the pigments used. This tube is made from bamboo powder, home compostable plant-based resins, and mineral oxide additives, and quite possibly the first in it's kind to be available on the Australian market. Don't worry, it won't break down on you during use - the shelf life has been tested to last many years in ambient temperature. Perfect for refilling and reusing over and over again!

Tube holds approx. 4.5 grams - in comparison, a normal sized lipstick is 3.5 to 4 grams.
LIPSTICK
Plant based lipstick made with Candelilla Wax, Castor Oil, Cocoa Butter, Meadowfoam Seed Oil, and Apricot Oil.
COLOURS & FINISH
These are fun colours with a soft satin sheen with a delicate pearly glow. The mica catches the light for a luminous look, without a flat matte finish. The shimmer may appear more subtle or more noticeable depending on the shade and lighting.
Mica colourants are synthetic or sourced only from reputable suppliers who guarantee no child mining.
Lip shades may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, lighting and individual lip/skin tone. I aim to photograph colours as accurately as possible. As lipsticks are made in small batches, very slight colour variation between batches may occur.
