These tiny pieces turn detailed hand embroidery into wearable jewellery, with the designs finished as brooches or necklace pendants.

Each design is individually hand embroidered using fine thread-painting techniques and a single strand of embroidery thread. Many different thread colours are carefully selected and blended together to create the fine details, shading, highlights and subtle changes in colour.

The Hedgehog, Bee and Mushroom designs are by Yulia Sherbak, while the Cat and Dog designs are by Carla Ramos.

The Hedgehog, Bee and Mushroom pieces measure approximately 2.5 cm and are finished as either a brooch or necklace pendant, as shown.

The Cat and Dog pieces measure approximately 4 cm and will be mounted into necklace bezels before postage.

A surprising amount of detail and colour is worked into each tiny piece, with every design carefully stitched by hand.
