The clasp is a sliding knot. The fully opened circumference is approx 25cms and the fully closed is 8cm.. which means this can fit both an adult or a child
All of my items are made from robust Brazilian Linhasita knotting yarn. This yarn is colorfast, and very durable. The cord is water resistant however the material will last longer if you dont get it wet. You can gently hand-wash it in cool water with mild soap only when needed, and always lay it flat or hang it to air dry.
Please note there is NO glue used at all in micro macrame. The ends of the threads are melted in order to seal them and prevent fraying.
