With his shimmering orange scales polished to perfection, Sir Finnegan presides over The Silly Sea Society ~ a most noble organisation dedicated to the art of underwater nonsense. He spends his days hosting meetings about bubble-blowing technique and etiquette, and the proper use of dramatic tail flourishes. Despite his pompous title and booming speeches, Sir Finnegan has a heart as golden as his fins.
