The Sea Gathering, the first Held By Nature collection, is a joyful little ocean community of handmade polymer clay creatures and shells, each one gently suspended from natural timber and shaped entirely by hand. The timber elements are cut from camphor wood, especially for this project, which not only has a stunning grain, but also fills the air with its warm distinctive scent.

Every creature or shell is sold individually, allowing you to choose the pieces that speak to you and build your own Sea Gathering. Some collectors may choose a favourite. Others may feel called to gather a whole little ocean. The choice is yours.

These lightweight wall hangings can be hung easily by slipping the timber hanging ring over a nail or hook.

A NOTE ABOUT FUTURE CREATURES:

More ocean creatures will slowly join The Sea Gathering over time, allowing collectors to continue growing their own ocean community. But once these pieces find their home, they’re gone! If one makes your heart happy, don’t wait too long!

Polymer clay is tough BUT NOT INDESTRUCTIBLE!!! Care should be taken to avoid twisting or forcing the pieces!
