Handmade Gumnut Angels
Nature has always inspired my art. These little angels begin with fallen Australian gumnuts that I carefully collect, clean and transform by hand in my Melbourne studio.
Every angel is individually painted, dressed and embellished, giving each one its own personality. Rather than letting these beautiful seed pods return unnoticed to the ground, I love giving them a second life as keepsakes that can be treasured for years.
Whether hanging on a Christmas tree, decorating a shelf, or gifted to someone special, each angel carries a small reminder that beauty can often be found in the simplest things.
