Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
If a return is required due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return postage.
As each artwork and handmade item is individually created, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Please read the product description carefully and contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.
If your order is damaged during shipping, please provide photos of the item and its packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
