Hand painted here in the studio in watercolour on paper, handmade sterling silver earwires, and various upcycled beads... Every pair is unique! 🤩
Each earring is made of three layers of 300 gsm watercolour paper cut by hand, carefully adhered together and coated with a matte sealant for protection and strength. The earwires are also handmade in our studio, crafted individually for each pair of watercolour earrings using sterling silver wire with beads from our collection of upcycled bits and pieces.
💚 The sterling silver wire is made from recycled / reclaimed materials 💚
🖌️ A note on gsm: gsm refers to the weight of paper, it means grams per square metre. To give you an idea, office copy paper is usually around 80 gsm and a business card is somewhere around 300 gsm.
**Please remove before showering and swimming! Although the earrings are carefully sealed, they are made of paper, so it is best to avoid contact with water! They may be gently cleaned with a soft cloth if needed.**
Effort is taken to show colours as accurately as possible, but please note that colours may appear differently on different screens.
