Refund & Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges on earrings are not accepted due to hygiene reasons. Much love and care is put into the making of all our products, but if you find there is something not quite right, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order so we can work it out. ❤️

Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be variations in colour/craftmanship. No two items are identical. Many items are made in limited numbers or are one of a kind.

For those with a love of things a little bit different...

Toucan Art Factory are a sister team from the south of Adelaide who design and create all the items featured in this store. We have a love of making art and creating, and a love of things that are a little bit different. Since we were kids we have designed and created our own art, clothing, jewellery and accessories - partly because we love the process, but also because we knew that the kind of things we wanted were not something we'd find available in stores... So we made it ourselves! Individually and together, we have been selling our handmade items and art for over 20 years.
We use a variety of materials in our making - some new, some re-purposed, some recycled. Our supplies are sourced from Australian small businesses, charities and recycling stores whenever possible.
