Handmade Dish Sponge Tidy

This unique piece was created by me on my pottery wheel in my small home studio near Mildura, NW Victoria from white stoneware clay, altered by cutting out the drainage hole and hand fluting the texture with a tool.

I’ve chosen the glossy earthy sand glaze, as will suit all kitchen decor.

Designed with both beauty and function in mind, it keeps your sponge neatly in place while allowing it to dry between uses—bringing a sense of order to the everyday ritual of washing up.

The glaze flows in warm, natural tones, echoing the grounding colours of earth and stone, adding a gentle touch of handmade charm to your space. This piece is one of a kind, perfectly imperfect, just as handmade should be.
