Charcuterie boards are made from new cypress pine pickets, with picket pieces joined by resin making a highly durable board. Both sides of the boards are finished with food safe tung oil. The resin stripes are fully cured and food safe.
This particular board has intriguing wood grain, indicating that the wood is old wood, with more complicated grain marks.
Charcuterie boards can double as cheeseboards and trays, making this board very versatile.
