Frozen Tides
is an original, one-of-a-kind alcohol ink painting created by hand on a 30 cm round wooden artboard, capturing the serene movement of icy waters. Shades of blue flow with gentle white negative space, evoking calm and depth.
The handmade process
I create each piece by hand, working with alcohol inks and letting the colours flow, blend and react with one another to create organic patterns and unexpected details. The white negative space is deliberately retained to create contrast, movement and a sense of calm. No two paintings can ever be recreated exactly — each one evolves as the inks move across the surface.
Once the painting is complete, it is carefully sealed and finished with a UV-protective coating to help preserve the artwork and its vibrant colours.

Care
