Sometimes we can’t be there in person, but we still want someone to feel our love. These handmade Pocket Hug Hearts are small fabric keepsakes designed to be carried in a pocket, school bag, handbag, or placed beside a bed for comfort.
Each heart comes with a little card that reads:
