ABOUT YOUR PRINT
Printed at a professional photographic lab on Kodak Endura Professional Papers which guarantees colour consistency, vibrant colours, and perfect black and white.
Your print has a lustre finish, which helps enhance the imageās colour and details, and features a very fine ātextureā to help reduce problems associated with glare and fingerprints.
All prints are sold unframed and unmatted. Framed prints displayed on this site are for reference purposes only.
Alternative print sizes or paper finishes are available on request. Please contact me to discuss options.
PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING OF PRINTS
Print orders are processed within 24 hours of ordering and are printed with an Australian professional print lab.
As all prints are made to order, please allow up to 10 days for production prior to dispatch.
All items are securely packaged by the professional photographic lab and will be sent via standard freight directly from the lab.
Standard freight typically takes 3-10 days, depending upon your location.
Express freight for domestic orders is available on request.
ABOUT YOUR STATIONERY
All stationery is printed at a professional printing lab, on a 300 gsm card.
A glossy coating is applied on the front and back of the cards to make colours more vivid and vibrant and protect against scratches.
The inner folded portion of the card does not have a glossy coating and is easily written on.
PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING OF STATIONERY
All stationery orders are processed within 24 hours of ordering and are dispatched via Australia Post standard mail within 1-3 business days.
Your items will be securely packaged with a firm backboard to prevent bending in transit.
Please allow up to 14 days to receive your parcel.
PLEASE NOTE, that I am not responsible for delivery delays once your order has left my studio. If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact me and I will do my best to sort it out!
Also, I cannot accept responsibility for any customs issues or refusals. If you are concerned about your countryās customs laws, please investigate these before you purchase. If a package comes back to me from customs in its original condition, I will, of course, refund your money.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The purchase of photography as produced and shipped by photography by Tasha Chawner is a final sale.
There will be no refund or exchange if you āchange your mindā.
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or lost, I will happily refund or replace your purchase. Photographic proof of damages is required.
To refund or replace a damaged item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and send items back within 21 days of delivery.
Refunds or replacements will only be granted once the original item has been returned and received by myself.
The buyer will be responsible for any postage costs incurred to return damaged items.
If you wish to cancel your order for a physical product, please contact me immediately.
Cancellations will only be granted on contact is made within 2 hours of purchase.
