Description
This short chunky black & white bead necklace looks fabulous on, perfect for so many outfits. It is lightweight & comfortable to wear. Crafted from large black beads embellished with lacquered Japanese washi paper edged in metallic thread. The black rubber cord has also been embellished with lacquered Japanese washi paper & silver plated beads.
Handmade process: The large chunky beads & the rubber cord have small sections of lacquered Japanese ledger paper edged in metallic thread or silver beads - adhered using acid free adhesive. The thread work is applied using dental instruments with acid free adhesive.

Care: The necklace is not intended to be immersed in water although a little rain is not an issue - the adhesive is water proof.
