Tasmanian Blackwood & Huon Pine Box
This is the largest size we make in our treasure box design. Crafted with care from beautiful Tasmanian Blackwood with Huon Pine sides to provide an interesting contrast. Our treasure box design features fine finger-joints that are created by individual saw cuts to produce each finger and groove. The interior of each box is attentively hand sanded before the box is linished in a graded process to create a smooth, pleasant to touch, finish. Protected with multiple
coats of premium clear lacquer- the lovely natural colour of the timber is retained. The solid timber lid is attached with quality concealed brass hinges. A great storage option for a desk, dresser, shelf or table.
Our designs come boxed in reclaimed cardboard and wrapped in kraft paper, tied with raffia ribbon.
