Barwon Heads 2026 - this watercolor shows a beach stroll with the birds, looking across the other side of the bridge to the land (do you know it?) birds skimming effortlessly just above the surface in the morning light. The sky is pale pink, the colours soft and unhurried and the whole scene has that particular quality of beach on a still morning when the only sound is gentle waves and the birdsong.

Painted in delicate, layered watercolour this is a piece for anyone who finds peace at the water's edge.

I painted with watercolors on an 11 x 11 cm Tasmanian oak block and as I paint to order each one will be slightly different as they are originals. Posting will be 1-3 days from order and delivery will depend on Australia Post but hopefully within 1-7 days
