Stylish & versatile.
This striking classic bag has a gorgeous vintage-inspired shape. The textured black fabric is an upholstery remnant donated by a friend. The base is made from thick felted black fabric found in an op shop.
The asymmetrical flap closes with a magnetic snap. The buttons showcased on the front are actually pieces from an 80s bracelet - silver coloured with a black faceted stone in the middle.
It is lined with cotton fabric in white with black dots that was originally a shirt. There is a simple double slip pocket on the inside front wall.
Size: 33cm across the bottom and 29cm across the top. 26cm high and 7cm front to back across the bottom. Long adjustable strap (up to 130cm long).
This bag was made using the Sedgeford Bag pattern by Charlie's Aunt Sewing Patterns designed by Emma Brennan.
