This delightful set of pendants features a solid silver leaf and a beautiful moss agate heart set in silver. They arrive ready to wear on a solid sterling silver rolo (belcher) chain.
The leaf was made by melting clean sterling silver offcuts and pressing the blob into a steel impression die - these dies were made master carvers and represent an almost lost art today. The stone pendant was made using traditional silversmithing tools and techniques to create the perfect leaf companion.

Care
It is a natural property of sterling silver to acquire patina over time - this is not a defect but an inherent property of the material. How fast this happens depends on many factors. The process can be slowed down by proper care - keep your items away from chemicals, never wear your jewellery in hot tubs, avoid chlorinated water. Always put your jewellery on last, after applying cosmetic products, and take it off first before shower. Clean your jewellery before storing and keep it away from direct sunlight and excess humidity and dust. Best to keep it in a protective pouch to prevent scratches. Moss agate is a stone with inclusions and not suitable for ultrasound cleaning.
