This is a set of three hand carved and hand printed greeting cards- Teapot Titter', 'Cupcake Crumble' & 'Pretty Pansy' featuring a sweet teapot, pansies, cakes and florals. These cards are part of the 'Tea Party Collection.' in my store. The gentle colour palette of violet & buttercream was chosen to complete the sweet subject. A perfect card for a special gift. I am a block artist drawing my designs into my sketchbook then transferring them to the lino. I then use lino carving tools to hand carve the designs. Using a brayer I roll out the ink and roll it onto the lino. Fine quality paper is laid across the lino and it is pressed by hand or my printing press.
Printed on beautiful Strathmore paper featuring a unique texture. Printed using Speedball ink.
Each print will come out slightly different so expect slight irregularities, this is the beauty & uniqueness of hand printing!
Your card and envelope will be enclosed in a clear protective premium polypropylene sleeve.
