A perfectly imperfect pair of earrings that combines originality, elegance and comfort.
Like all my items, these were made by hand in my sunny Brissie studio: carefully cut out from a sheet of sterling silver wire with a jeweller's saw, textured with sterling silver sawdust and embellished with flecks of 23K gold, these earrings come on my signature almond shaped sterling silver wires. The front part has been treated with patina for contrast, protected with a layer of sealing lacquer.

Care
The front part has been coated with ProtectaClear lacquer - it is a durable sealant but not indestructible. Best to protect the earrings from a prolonged contact with chemicals, particularly solvents, cleaning products and cosmetic products (some formulations of sunblock have been reported to affect the integrity of the sealant where they have been in prolonged contact). Best to store after cleaning and drying, away from dust and humidity, protecting from scratches.
As a rule with all jewellery - put on last after all cosmetic products, take off first before showering or bathing.
