Handcrafted Oxidised Sterling Silver Chain – available in 45cm, 50cm, 60cm, and 70cm lengths

The perfect accompaniment to my Handcrafted Pendants, my chains are entirely handmade from ethically sourced, Australian-made, recycled Sterling Silver wire. Each link has been individually hand-wound and looped into the next, so the chains are continuous and strong - there are no open rings at all. They feature a little handmade spiral drop at the end, and can be clasped at any link along their length, making them quite versatile. To finish, I oxidise and polish the silver so that they perfectly match my Sterling Silver Handcrafted Pendants.

My hand-forged clasps are the result of much thought and testing – they can be a little tricky to attach, but this means that they are unlikely to come loose during wear. If you’re having trouble fastening your clasp, I find standing in front of a mirror always helps!

The chains in the photos are an example of the one you will receive. Each one is made entirely by hand and, as is part of the magic of handcrafted treasures, there may be an ever-so-slight variation.

Please note : if you are purchasing this chain to go with a pendant that you already own, and it is not one that I have made, please ensure that the bail on your pendant is large enough to accommodate the chain. Each link of my chain is approximately 9mm long and 4mm wide, and the spiral drop at the end (which must pass through your bail) measures approximately 5-6mm wide, so please ensure that your bail has an internal clearance of at least 6mm. I am happy to answer any questions you might have, and give you the exact measurements of the chain you will receive, as long as you contact me prior to purchase.
