A gorgeous rectangular shawl/wrap made by me near Bellingen on the mid north coast of NSW. This took about 45 hours to create.
Full of circular lusciousness.
This beauty has been made with a rich wine gum from Fyberspates Scrumptious Lace. Scrumptious lace is a delicious blend of 45% silk and 55% merino wool. This yarn is a dream for lace. The solid colours work beautifully with the most complex of patterns, showing up the texture and delicacy of lace crocheting. The softness of wool and the strength of silk combines to a delicate shine and stunning colour of 511 Wine Gum Green. This colour is now discontinued so it will be an even more unique addition to your wardrobe!
In some light it looks like a grey but as soon as it is held against another colour the winegum green becomes clearer. This is a statement shawl that people will be asking about purely on its colour.
Measures 52cm (21 in) wide and a luxurious 205 cm (82 in) in length!
Adds a little bit of luxury to an evening outfit or to upgrade the casual look in spring or summer. Light enough to tie around the throat for warmth in winter. I also have this available in a gorgeous coppery brown.
