This handmade chain cuff is made with the traditional European weave used in medieval armoury for
cottes de maille. The very heavy, but flexible piece, made of steel rings, was worn under the actual armour for extra protection.
This design has a lot fluidity and can be adapted in a number of jewellery pieces.
A simple cuff, with some weight! Modern and elegant, this is a statement piece. The sterling silver piece will delivered in a custom ceramic box for that extra protection from the elements.
Some options available:
- Fine silver-plated, length 19 cm, to fit wrist size up to 17 cm.
- Sterling silver, length 19.5 cm, to fit wrist size up to 17.5 cm.
Each piece required about 4 metres of wire in the making.
