This one-of-a-kind palm root fossil pendant showcases ancient organic patterning formed over millions of years, hand-wrapped in oxidised copper wire. The deep, earthy tones of the fossil are beautifully framed by the darkened copper, highlighting the stone’s natural textures and timeless character.
Palm root fossils form when ancient plant material is gradually replaced by minerals over vast periods of time, preserving organic structure in stone. Each fossil carries its own unique history, shaped slowly by earth and time.
The pendant is sealed with ProtectaClear to help preserve the oxidised finish and is suspended from a copper-plated stainless-steel chain with an antique copper finish, oxidised by hand before sealing and finished with a parrot clasp.
This is a one-of-a-kind piece — once sold, it cannot be recreated.
