Like many crochet artists, I have enjoyed experimenting with different mediums to find the best wearable result. This piece uses only fine quality wool sourced in Australia, and is part of a circular fashion future — combining vintage finds with handmade craft through creative forms of recycling and re-use.
Every granny square has been individually crocheted and assembled by hand, representing 30+ hours of skilled work. The crochet is not a fabric insert — it is a fully hand-crafted original lining, designed specifically for this jacket. Whichever way you wear it, you'll have the added warmth of that extra layer.
