Porcelain mug with turbo chooks- handmade in Tassie

My turbo mugs have been really popular here in tassie, so I'm introducing them to the rest of the world on madeit :)

Currently I have four in production in the shape of those pictured, which aren't fired yet. Bad news? Wait time is about 2 weeks. Good news? You get to pick your own glaze colour! Whatever colour (or colours) that takes your fancy can be put on the inside and rim of the mugs 

I also have a few more in the works in different shapes, and I will list those when they are completed

Each mug is handmade entirely by me. I throw, trim, attach handles, trim some more, underglaze, fire, glaze and then fire again before giving them a final scrub and sand prior to going out into the world.

These mugs truthfully take me hours, with each turbo being hand painted bit by bit in a sort of watercolour inspired style.
I use a very fine, white Australian porcelain which makes the colours extra vibrant. 

Each mug is about 12cm high and 12cm wide at the rim, being a little wider at the bottom given the shape. They hold about 350ml.
