This elegant little paring knife is made 440c stainless steel, that has been hollow grounded with a mirror finish. The knife features a decorated file worked pattern spine and is finished off with a brass ferrule and stabilised red Mallee burl timber.

The Sheath is constructed with 3.5mm vegetable tanned leather, which has been hand stamped and dyed.
