Pansies galore on a crocheted tea cosy for a medium teapot. Made by me near Bellingen on the mid north coast of NSW.
Pansies always make people smile. What better way than to enjoy an occasion with a friend over a cup of tea kept warm by a happy cosy.
Great gift to give to mum or dad.
Features:
- Crocheted with good quality bright green acrylic as the base
- 100% cotton for the crocheted pansies and leaves
- The spout and handle opening are universal so the teacosy can be placed either way.
- The base of the teacosy has been made in the brioche style so it is quite stretchy. Hat elastic has been crocheted into the base to accommodate this stretchiness. Enough elastic has been left to allow the teacosy to fit different shaped teapot
- Designed to be easily pulled on and off a variety of shaped pots which makes it an ideal gift for someone with less nimble fingers
- Size is approximately 18 cm high and 20 cm wide without stretching
- Suitable for a roundish to oblong teapot
