This beautiful 16” Roo hide Medicine Drum has been handmade completely from start to finish by me, with every part of her creation done by hand, slowly and with care. From preparing the hide and hoop to the hand lacing, each step was given time, intention and love.
As I worked with this drum, I called upon spirit and asked which medicine wished to walk with her…
🦇 The Flying Fox came forward.
Flying Fox medicine carries the energy of wisdom, intuition and deep inner knowing. They are creatures of the night, navigating through darkness with an incredible sense of awareness — reminding us that we don't always need to see the whole path to know which way to travel.
Their medicine speaks of self-nurture, embracing the darkness rather than fearing it, trusting your intuition and finding your way through storms.
The Flying Fox also carries beautiful moon magic, transformation and the wisdom that comes from moving between worlds — seeing what others may overlook and listening to the quiet whispers within.

Her Roo hide gives her a beautiful earthy connection, while her 16” size creates a wonderful balance between being comfortable to hold and having a beautiful, grounding voice.
She has been made by my hands, but her story belongs to whoever is meant to walk with her. 💚
