Drop Earrings Lapis Lazuli Turquoise Gemstones and Gold

These simple turquoise and lapis lazuli earrings are made from semi precious gemstones and gold filled ear wires. These blue and green gemstones are complimented by gold plated high quality hexagonal spacer beads.

• The drop from the top of the ear wire is 4.4 cm (1 3/4")
• The earring gemstones together are 2.7 cm (1 1/8")
• Lapis Tube 0.4cm x1.2 cm (1/8" x 1/2")
• Turquoise bead 0.6cm x0.7 cm (1/4" x 3/4")

Gold filled ear wires and components are not actually gold filled but is coated in a layer of gold. Gold-filled pieces are composed of solid layers of gold (typically constituting at least 5% of the item's total weight) mechanically bonded to a base metal, in this case brass. This layer is much thicker than gold plating, resulting in a durable, long-lasting product that looks has the appearance solid gold. Under normal wearing conditions and with proper care, your gold-filled jewellery should last at 10 to 30 years. Gold-Filled jewellery can also be worn by people with sensitive skin.
