King Parrot Edition of 30

Linoprint and hand-painted individually with watercolours.

The Australian king parrot is a species of parrot endemic to eastern Australia ranging from Cooktown in Queensland to Port Campbell in Victoria.

I have created the print by hand-carving a piece of lino, rolling ink onto the linocut and hand-printing the print onto the watercolour paper.

I have then painted the linoprint with lightfast watercolours.

Ink: Caligo Safe Wash - Oil-based and lightfast pigment

Watercolour: Dr PH Martins - Hydrus watercolours

Paper: 300gsm Watercolour Paper - Acid free

Paper size: Height 297mm x Width 210 mm

Image size: Height 300mm x Width 150mm

Your hand-signed, hand-painted edition print will be one of only "30" printed, each one slightly different which makes it unique.

The print is sold unmounted and unframed.

The image can be framed as is within a window mount. Picture framers will cut window mounts to size if you wish to use an existing frame. If you would like a specific print created please feel free to contact me.
