The perfect size to snuggle into your clothing to give relief to lower back, tummy or any area, while sitting at the computer or even cooking dinner.
In winter, I even take mine to bed at night to ease me off to sleep.

HEAT PACK - heat in the microwave for 30 second increments, with a half glass of water so the grains don't dry out.
All microwaves differ, so please start at 30 seconds and increase from there.
ALWAYS TEST THE HEAT before placing it on your body.
COOL PACK - put in an air tight bag or container and place in the freezer.
