This listing is for The Floral Imperial Orb Pomegranate Intention Spell Ritual Candle in Beeswax.
Pomegranates have for millennia held symbolic significance in various cultural and religious belief systems. They are a symbol of fertility, beauty, power, eternal life, blood and even death.
In Greek Mythology they were associated with the Goddesses Athena, Aphrodite, Demeter and Persephone. In Christian symbolism the seeds of the fruit represents the Church, unity in faith, and the community of the believers. In Judaism the supposed 613 seeds contained in a pomegranate represent the 613 commandments of the Torah. In Buddhism they are one of the three blessed fruits (the other two being the peach and the lemon). In Islam they are referred to as the “apple of paradise”.
This beautiful candle is the perfect depiction of a ripe pomegranate with an opening on it’s side exposing the juicy, fleshy internal seeds. The skin has been wax dripped giving it a thick textured appearance and it is decorated with white floral detailing.
The Orb is approximately 9cm x 9cm and has a burn time of approximately 25+ hours.

They each have the rustic character and beautiful intention that can only be imbued into a completely hand crafted creation.
Please read the Candle Warning Information included in the photos of this listing before ordering. Also be mindful that beeswax candles produce a large amount of melted wax drip and therefore must be burned on a large enough fire safe dish to catch the molten wax.
