Instructions for use (included on a printed tag with your wheat bag:
Heat in the microwave to help with muscle relaxation, or cool in the freezer to help with tension headaches and stress. Please heat with caution as over-heating or inappropriate use of wheat bags can result in fire. When heating in the microwave, include a glass of water to ensure that the wheat does not dry out. Heat for 30 seconds, then in 10 second intervals until it is warm but not hot. Then relax and enjoy the warm heat.
