This French style rolling pin was handmade from exotic Rock Maple and Australian Red Gum timbers.

It features a Red Gum Celtic Knot in the centre of the Maple rolling pin, whichthen tapers off to a Red Gum section on each end of the rolling pin.

It was hand turned on a lathe in my workshop in rural Victoria, Australia.

Use it to roll out sweet or savory pie pastry, pizza bases or sheets of lasagna pasta.

This lovely, one of a kind rolling pin would make an excellent wedding, housewarming or Thank You gift.
