This is an original linocut artwork from my Banksia chine colle series of only four very different pieces.
The leaves and banksia cones are fine mulberry paper, all torn and placed to give a more free flowing effect.
The carved lino is inked and printed as the final top layer.
The printmaking method is known as chine colle.
The work is printed on archival Japanese Awagami Hosho 80gsm paper.
Paper measures 42x52cm.
Picture measures approximately 30x30cm.
The artwork will be sent carefully rolled in acid free tissue and posted in a large packing tube. Standard shipping and packaging is included in the price. Upon receipt, you can unroll gently and lay flat for 24 hours to settle.
