Due to the large number of Artists wanting to join the platform we are splitting up the dates for when new Artists can submit their application.

We will send you a link for the application when the doors are open for you to apply.

The monthly option gives you the ability to switch before the 1st of the month at any time. You can upgrade or downgrade depending on your needs at the time.

If you have chosen an annual plan you will be able to upgrade but will not have the ability to downgrade until your membership has completed the full annual cycle.

Yes of course!

The monthly option gives you the ability to cancel your account before the 1st of the month so you won't be charged again.

If you have chosen an annual plan you can cancel your account at anytime but you will not be eligible for a refund. If you have chosen an annual plan we suggest you switch your store to holiday mode before cancelling completely.

Once you cancel your account your store will be completely deactivated. If you decide to join Madeit again in the future you will need to go through the application process again.

Yes, we want to make selling on Madeit as easy as possible and ensure that you have no interruptions to your store.

Yes! We have a 7 day trial period so once you have been accepted you can make sure the platform is right for you before adding your credit card details.

Your subscription will be debited from the credit/debit card of your choice. We currently accept Mastercard and Visa for your subscription.

All subscriptions are securely processed through Stripe. Madeit does not store any of your card/bank details directly.

You will need to have a standard Stripe account to be paid. There is ZERO commission on your sales. We simply pass on a transaction fee of 2% + 35c per sale for payment processing.

Customers can check out on Madeit with Visa/Mastercard/Paypal and Afterpay.

We are actively promoting the Madeit platform and the Artists on the platform. Being involved these can give your brand and products more visibility and a great opportunity to improve sales.
