If you are ordering a custom piece, please allow 4-6 weeks for the creation process, depending on size of your order.
In line with Australian Consumer Law, returns and refunds for faulty products are mandatory. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. For any other reason, please discuss with me prior to ordering.
