We are a family team that makes handbags in a variety of styles and sizes. We are Brooke and Sheryl, stepmum and daughter and we are based in the Hunter Valley region of NSW. Our bags are one off creations, no two bags will be the same. This makes our bags unique - just like our customers. (Some of our smaller items like coin purses will be made in a limited number the same to allow for coordinating with a handbag) We use a variety of materials and have a great amount of fun matching fabrics. We are happy to accept special orders and will work with you in fabric choices as best we can.
Shipping Policy
Ready to ship in Your order will be shipped within 3 days of payment being received (business days)
Ships out using: Australia Post
Tracking code provided upon shipment (if applicable)
Delivery Times: Delivery time is per Australia Post standard delivery times for your area
Special Orders:
Orders can take up to 4 weeks
They require a 40% non refundable deposit
Any changes are only accepted within 24 hours of placing order
There is no exchange or refund on special orders
Full payment is required prior to pick up or posting
Orders will only be accepted once these terms have been agreed to by an "Agree" reply message and receipt of the deposit.
These terms do not apply to ready made items being purchased.
Whilst all care is taken in our work and before we sell an item, mistakes can happen. We offer refund, cost of bag only, on faulty items only. Contact must be made within 14 days of receiving the item, any contact after this will not be eligible for refund. Item must be returned to us and show no signs of use or wilful damage before we agree to the refund. We do not refund or exchange on change of mind purchases, please choose carefully before committing to a purchase.
