Standard Tracked Shipping
All orders will be sent via Australia Post within 3 business days. You will be emailed tracking information.
Flat rate standard shipping is $11.
Express shipping upgrade available - This can be added to cart with any purchase, just search 'Express Shipping Upgrade' in our product listings and it will add the additional fee to upgrade.
Lost Parcels
We do not accept responsibility for lost parcels. All items are sent with tracking, but do not include insurance. If you require insurance please contact us to organise.
If you have not received your parcel, but it has been marked as delivered, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with Australia Post. We will endeavour to assist as best we can.
Return/Refund Policy
We do not accept returns for change of mind on jewellery purchases, this is due to hygiene reasons (see below for accepted return options on jewellery).
For clothing, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items may be returned for exchange or store credit only. We do not accept returns due to change of mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Jewellery can not be returned unless faulty. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or contact us at thechroniccreatives@outlook.com to discuss.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued for faulty items. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Refund excludes postage. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
