Welcome to The Chronic Creatives! We’re Amanda (Lullaby Riot) and Leila (Dubba and Moo) - cousins, best friends, mums, chronic illness warriors, and passionate handmade business owners.
Since 2015, we’ve each run our own creative businesses, and last year, we decided to join forces! Our collaboration is all about celebrating handmade artistry while supporting each other and our fellow makers.
✨ Amanda (Lullaby Riot) creates handmade clothing and accessories for boys and girls, from newborn to size 12. Her designs range from sweet and whimsical (Lullaby) to bold and vibrant (Riot). She also loves crafting unique, themed, one-of-a-kind pieces in her spare time!

✨ Leila (Dubba and Moo) specializes in handmade polymer clay earrings and accessories. Her jewelry collection features everything from stylish everyday pieces to fun, floral, and folk-inspired designs. She is a self confessed handmade hobby addict, who loves trying new crafts!

Ready to ship in Ships within 3 business days (business days)

Delivery Times: 2-6 business days, depending on location in Australia

Lost Parcels
We do not accept responsibility for lost parcels. All items are sent with tracking, but do not include insurance. If you require insurance please contact us to organise.
If you have not received your parcel, but it has been marked as delivered, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with Australia Post. We will endeavour to assist as best we can.
Return/Refund Policy
We do not accept returns for change of mind on jewellery purchases, this is due to hygiene reasons (see below for accepted return options on jewellery).
For clothing, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items may be returned for exchange or store credit only. We do not accept returns due to change of mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Jewellery can not be returned unless faulty. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or contact us at thechroniccreatives@outlook.com to discuss.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued for faulty items. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Refund excludes postage. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
