* Shipping on smaller items will be via untracked letter postage and standard parcel post (with tracking) on larger orders

* Items are carefully and securely packaged. * It is the buyers responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at time of purchase.

Refund and Exchange Policy:

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Unfortunately I do not offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind, but if there is a major defect with your item, please let me know. If we arrange a refund or exchange, kindly return the item in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund (excluding shipping) Return shipping will be the buyers responsibility.

We offer refunds for faulty items in line with the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
