Hi, I’m Rachael, a busy mum of four living in the beautiful Gippsland region of Victoria.

Before motherhood, I worked as a Remedial Massage Therapist and spent my free time painting in oils — selling my work through art shows and private commissions. When my babies arrived, that creative outlet had to pause, but the need to create never left me. I’ve always been drawn to gemstones, and one day while scrolling Pinterest I came across wirework jewellery. That was the moment everything clicked. I knew I had to try it.

I made a few pairs of earrings and posted them on a Facebook page for handmade goods. That same day they sold, and orders started coming in. I was over the moon. From there I expanded into necklaces, bracelets, anklets and rings — even creating temporary wedding rings for couples whose bands were delayed during COVID. It was a thriving little business that brought me so much joy.

A few years later my Facebook page was hacked and couldn’t be recovered. Around the same time we moved back to Victoria from Queensland, began homeschooling, and life felt unsettled. I took it as a sign to step back and focus on other things. I started a food van that grew into weekly home deliveries of organic homemade meals. That was going really well until what I thought was a tummy bug turned out to be our fourth little one on the way. Suddenly I couldn’t stand the sight or smell of food, and the business had to pause.

I still loved the food side of life, so I became a Thermomix consultant and love teaching others how to create quick, nourishing meals. Now that my eldest three are at school and my youngest has just turned two, the time feels right to return to my first love — gemstone jewellery.

My Facebook and Instagram pages are still new, and there’s plenty more to share, but I’m at a stage where I can immerse myself again in the beautiful world of gemstones. Every piece I make is intentional. Each wrap, each stone placement happens in the in-between moments of family life — usually with “Mum, Mum!” or “I’m hungry!” in the background. These aren’t just pretty pieces of jewellery. Gemstones carry living frequencies that can help bring balance to our bodies, and I create each one with care, meaning, and a little bit of my own soul poured in.
