Based in Brissie QLd, every thing is locally sourced where possible and handcrafted with care and a focus on creating something truly different.
Shipping Policy
Ready to ship in Orders are usually shipped within 2 - 3 business days (business days)
Ships out using: Australia post or courier depending on the size and destination of the item
Tracking code provided upon shipment (if applicable)
Delivery Times: Standard delivery is generally 3 - 7 business days after dispach. Larger items may take longer
All items are carefully packaged to protect them during delivery. As pieces are handmade and unique, processing and delivery times may vary for larger items or custom pieces. Local pick up is available by prior arrangement.
Customers are also able to view the pieces before purchasing by prior arrangement.
We take great care in creating and packaging each item. Returns and refunds are provide in accordance with Australian Consumer Laws. If your item/s arrives damaged, faulty or significantly different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist. Change of mind returns are not generally accepted for custom made or personalised items.
