Silvana was born on the Central Coast of New South Wales, in the beautiful coastal surrounds of Terrigal.
Inspired by the simplicity and beauty of nature, Silvana began with a simple idea: that everyday moments of self-care should feel a little more special.
Each bar is thoughtfully handmade in small batches, using carefully selected oils, butter, botanicals, clays, essential oils and fragrances.From the pouring and cutting to the curing, finishing and wrapping, every step is done with patience and intention.
We believe beautiful soap doesn't need to be complicated. It should feel wonderful in your hands, create a beautiful lather, look at home in a elegant bathroom and turn an ordinary shower into a small moment of luxury.

No two batches are ever exactly the same - and that's part of their charm. Every bar is individually made, cured for 6 weeks and finished by hand, giving Silvana its own character.

Returns & Refund Policy
At Silvana Soap Co., every order is carefully packed and checked before it leaves our studio in Terrigal, NSW.
Change of mind
Due to the personal-care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases once soap has been opened or used.
For unopened and unused products please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to request a return. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process an approved refund to the original payment method, excluding any original shipping costs.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.
We'll work with you to arrange a suitable remedy, which may include a replacement or appropriate refund.
