Hello and welcome! I’m so excited to meet you here.

I’m Jacqueline, the owner of shh.iamcrocheting. As you can probably tell from the name, yes, I crochet. You’ll find a colelction of crochet pieces here, from book sleeves and iPad/e-reader sleeves to bags and scrunchies, all handmade by me in Melbourne.

I take a lot of pride in my work because I value every step of the handmade process, particularly the fibres I use. I choose my fibres with care, focusing on materials that feel good to use and are made to last. I use 100% cotton for my sleeves collection, while my bags are made with a combination of cotton and recycled fibre, all carefully chosen.

Crocheting is my creative outlet and my peace, and it has become one of the biggest parts of my life since 2025, when both work and life hit me the hardest. I had been yearning for a hobby for years, and crocheting was the answer. It has become one of the most precious gifts life has given me.

So here I am, eager to share a little of that warmth with you from this not-so-little corner of the internet.

For made-to-order items, please allow 1–3 weeks for your order to be made before it is shipped.

As each item is handmade, small variations in stitching, shape, tension and appearance may occur. These are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered faults.

We accept returns and offer refunds or other remedies for faulty items in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If you believe your item has a fault, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with details and photos of the issue. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
